Calatagan, Batangas – A 4.0 magnitude earthquake rattled this town, before noon Wednesday, state volcanologists said.
The tectonic quake was recorded at 11:48 a.m., with
the epicenter located13 kilometers northwest of this town.
It had a depth of 123 kilometers, experts from
the Philippine Volcanology and Seismology said.
Authorities reported neither damage to property nor
injuries. No aftershocks were also expected.
